Train at night

Save yourself from a high-calorie (and uneconomical) business lunch by preparing a healthy lunch box the night before.

Change the curtains to darker ones

Melatonin is our regulator of daily rhythms, thanks to which, among other things, we fall asleep well and Wake up rested and full of energy, if the sleep was healthy and strong. And a full rest is what helps to hold positions for good health and a beautiful figure. Physiologically, melatonin begins to be produced when you are in the dark. Make sure that the curtains are light-tight and only open them when it's time to get up. For the same reason, it is better to disable all gadgets in advance or switch them to "alarm only"mode.
