中国是诗词大国,是诗歌的故乡。可身为热爱科学的人,我始终觉得:

美文千篇,不及科学定律一条。

历史上诗词浩如烟海,可翻遍人类文明五千条基础定律,华人的身影却寥寥无几。

我时常忍不住感叹:若是古代那些旷世才情,少写几句诗词,多推几条定律,今日中国的科学,恐怕早已遥遥领先世界。

 

无独有偶,牛顿便直言:诗人是有情怀的废物。

这话狂妄至极,却也极符合他的风格——天资绝顶,目空凡俗。

后来我才知道,牛顿其实会写诗,文笔还清新雅致。

大概对他而言,诗歌只是随手可玩的小技,玩腻了,自然不屑一顾。

 

当然,这并不妨碍我用数学的眼光重新看待诗词。

杜甫说:“为人性僻耽佳句,语不惊人死不休。”

何为惊人?无非是跳出俗套,字句新奇,让人耳目一新。

从数学组合论的角度看,俗句,不过是高频出现的汉字编码组合;

老生常谈,就是信息熵太低,毫无惊喜。

 

如何才能脑回路出奇?

杜甫靠苦思,在逻辑与格律里死磕;

李白靠醉意,挣脱世俗束缚,神游天外,天马行空。

于是佳句天成,人称诗仙。

 

可本质上,

所有千古名篇,

也不过是文字的另一种排列组合而已。
