我愛各種中式餅,大小硬軟我都吃,硬到的可以打人的鍋燒,從小吃到大,嚼勁練牙,軟到家常麵餅,麵糊一攪,快速上桌,香嫩滑順又充飢。 一般來說,敢開餅店的,賣的餅都不會太難吃,可能也是因為我就是愛餅,所以不算挑惕,但是,這次我真的碰到地雷了,路過台北仁愛圓環,看到一個小攤在賣蟹殼黃,隨然我不喜歡買路邊攤,但是,有蟹殼黃,太難拒絕了,買十送一,150元,好高興啊,結果,一吃,平地一聲雷,我真的很想找個中性的詞來形容這難吃,但詞窮啊,只能說⋯⋯「真的很難吃」,我很少會這樣形容一個食物,畢竟,也是有人努力做出來的,沒有辛勞也有汗滴啊,但是,抱歉,我真找不到別的詞了!

到底哪裡不對呢?皮是有些點的脆,但是麵就完全的不對了,裡面的麵「糰」真是麵糰,沒層次也就算了,咬起來就是一個「糊」字,我又一次買了十一個,這可怎麼辦是好呢?只能試試死馬當活馬醫,展開救援行動,我想啊,會不會是烤的不夠,立馬烤箱預熱到 190 度,策餅入烤箱,先烤三分鐘,再加強火力 250 度烤五分鐘,我想,這樣至少、應該麵「糊」會變硬吧,結果⋯⋯完全失敗,變成一個硬一點的麵糰餅,哎,可惜天命難違、半桶水的我也無力回天啊,可憐的餅,真的很難吃到只能進廚餘桶了,這篇就當做是祭餅文了:「白白一糰麵、堂堂蟹殼黃,先遇不淑師、再來半桶水,嗚呼哀哉!尚饗!」

寫到這,我就想起來前幾天在基隆新火車站旁買的鹹酥餅,阿國碳烤燒餅,好吃,還沒照到相,十個就吃光了,阿國碳烤燒餅的鹹酥餅,說實話,阿國的餅賣像很一般,店員一邊賣,還得要把一些烤得太焦的剔除,大小也有點不一,但是啊,好吃。 這世界啊,本質就是一切,不會因為叫「蟹殼黃」,就會好吃些,黑黑還是出美女,寫著寫著,我好想吃三角餅啊,等一下來去買!
