記得以前在公司的時候

曾經有面談到一位工程師

稍微看了一下他的履歷

發現他已經出社會兩三年

和他談了一下發覺

他好像什麼軟體都會

於是呢我就問了一些比較深入性的問題

結果和我想像的一樣

他可以算是一位多工的工程師

為什麼我們說他多工

應該是他什麼都會

也可以說他什麼都不會

就像他說他會AutoCAD

我就問了他一個畫直線的指令

沒想到他居然答不出來

後來他說他們都是用數位板

那如果沒有數位板

那是不是就不用畫

這是我所印象深刻的一些事情

於是我很委婉的做了一個Ending

當然結果並沒有錄用他

其實上我並不是不相信他

而是已經出社會兩三年了

還學的只是皮毛

如果這樣繼續下去

我相信他應該也找不到好的工作

所以我到現在仍然相信

專精於某一項事情

會比多工來得更好
