Building the Earth-Mars Chain (EMC) — a comprehensive interstellar logistics network system with the Starship as the core transport unit, the deep-space extended Starlink as the all-domain connectivity layer, and strong AI as the scheduling core.

Based on the laws of space economy development and the strategic demands of Mars colonization, this paper proposes a disruptive core viewpoint: the ultimate form of the Earth-Mars network should not be limited to a single communication network, but should evolve into a comprehensive interstellar logistics network system centered on the Earth-Mars Chain (EMC) architecture, integrating communication, navigation, scheduling, and transport coordination. Only by achieving the paradigm shift from “transmitting signals” to “transporting supplies” can we truly support Mars in transitioning from a destination of exploration to a permanent human colony, thereby building a complete Earth-Mars space economy.
